Registration is completed by submitting the Workshop fee, $300 by check, payable to the University of New Mexico. People who want to be on a waiting list should contact Prof. K. Birgitta Whaley.

The fee includes housing at the Asilomar Conference Center, the evenings of 15-18 June, all meals, and conference materials.

Important deadlines:

• April 22, 2003 -Registration form due.
• May 1, 2003 - Attendees accepted to Retreat.
• May 15, 2003 - $300, Registration fee due.

Registration was limited to 50 attendees, new to quantum information science and technology.
